Methodica Management is fully owned by Methodica Ventures ApS (CVR-number: 40262040) and serves as the fund manager and financial advisor for the Methodica Long-Short Equity Fund and the Methodica FX Fund. The two funds are separate legal entities under the supervision and direction of their own individual boards.

Methodica Management is regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Danish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (Methodica Management-number is 25065) and the EU’s Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive Regulation (EU) 2011/61.
