Frank Vestergaard-Olsen has extensive leadership experience from Danske Bank and Nordea, where he led major digital transformations in retail business banking. At Methodica Management, he is responsible for scaling the firm and expanding investor relations, connecting institutional investors, family offices, and pension funds. With deep expertise in business development, capital markets, and fintech, Frank plays a key role in democratizing algorithmic investment strategies, making them accessible to a broader range of investors.

Andreas Junge, (Founder and CEO, M.Sc. – Math and Econ)

25+ years of experience in designing quantitative/algorithmic risk management and trading strategies for shipping companies, commodity trading companies, investment banks and hedge funds. Andreas main roles comprise invention and selection of systematic trading strategies to capture sources of alpha, diversification and attractive risk/return ratios across the strategy portfolio.

Martin Hansen (CTO), Ph.D (Physics)

10+ years of experience in developing and implementing quantitative/algorithmic risk management and trading strategies with numerous published scientific articles in leading peer-reviewed journals. Martin’s principal role is to embed our trading strategies into efficient algorithms and market execution as well as to lead our team of quantitative researchers and traders.

Søren Vammen M.Sc. Business Administration, Director, Investor Relations

20+ years background in Supply Chain Risk Management, and commodity price risk management at Kairos Commodities and Mintec, now Expana, advising Blue Chip companies on risk management frameworks and hedging strategies. Experience with Commodity price risk, FX risk, risk strategy, hedging strategies, and Value-at-Risk modeling for large manufacturers. Søren is responsible for investor acquisition, client engagement and alignment with professional investors.
